3. Order Processing and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, a confirmation will be sent. This serves as an acknowledgment, not a final acceptance.

  • Payments: We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and locally supported payment options. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000

  • Flat Rs. 200 charge for orders below Rs. 2000

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the same day; those placed afterward are dispatched the next business day.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–6 working days, subject to location and season.

5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy on all items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to reflect after the returned item is received and verified.

6. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at checkout, including shipping address and payment details. Any errors in order fulfillment due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
